Come as a guest, leave as a family! An intimate, all-inclusive stay for up to 8 guests, home-cooked meals, freshly baked bread, guided nature walks, and the warmth of a Swedish home. Discover tranquility and charm at Grandmother’s Home, where the beauty of the southern Swedish countryside meets relaxing experiences in nature and connection. Each day, we explore a different part of Småland, Skåne, or Blekinge on a guided hike through serene landscapes, like the nature reserve of Halen in Olofström. We’ll visit a lakeside sauna in Osby, and yes, we plunge into the water after. Forest bathing, cooking over fire, and swimming in the lakes are all part of the experience. A detailed programme will be shared two weeks before your trip. After our outdoor adventures we enjoy time to relax and connect in our Villa, we cook together and share stories along the way.
The idea for Grandmother’s Home was born from cherished memories of Milad’s own grandmother’s house, a place where the door was always open and the kettle was always warm. From morning until night, her home was filled with laughter, shared stories, and the comforting aroma of freshly baked treats. No matter who you were or where you came from, when you sat at her table, you belonged. You were family.
